About the role
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organisation’s financial reporting. This position is responsible for compliance with AASBs and US GAAP reporting requirements, managing the annual audit process, overseeing tax compliance obligations, and delivering high-quality technical accounting outcomes.
The role will also support the business through key strategic and commercial initiatives, including partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on system and process improvements. Subject to performance, there is potential for progression into a more senior finance leadership position over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant—ideally with an audit background and commercial experience—who enjoys applying a practical, commercial lens to solving accounting issues. Experience with NetSuite and/or US GAAP is highly advantageous.
